Who we are
John P. Carty is president and co-founder of CMC Systems, a provider of business development and technology systems integration since 1988. Mr. Carty has over twenty years experience in delivering business and technology solutions, across a wide variety of industries. CMC Systems’ E-Commerce customers include traditional ‘brick and mortar’ companies migrating to e-Commerce, as well as ‘new economy’ companies such as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Application Service Providers (ASPs). CMC Systems has represented several firms as a successful Value-Add Reseller (VAR), providing turnkey solutions to a diverse client base. CMC Systems’ successful sales and implementation programs have won vendor recognition on many occasions, including several President’s Club awards. Mr. Carty has often been engaged by major vendors to develop and deliver business strategy, custom sales training, and customer-facing business development. Satisfied clients include major vendors such as Compaq Computer, IBM Global Services, Computer Associates, Candle Corporation, , Sequent Computer, and numerous startup and early-stage companies. Prior to co-founding CMC Systems, Mr. Carty served in product development management on state-of-the-art UNIXÒ programs for Boston-area software firms.
